Mission: To preserve and promote dixon, illinois' downtown area; to eliminate deterioration of dixon's downtown thereby encouraging historic preservation while lessening the burdens of dixon's government; to educate the public concerning the history, culture and architecture of dixon's downtown and to instruct individuals in activities such as building rehabilitation, economic restructuring and planning management.
