Mission: Discover purcellville is a merchants association dedicated to marketing purcellville to the greater dc metropolitan region. Membership is open to local small business owners, corporations that do business in western loudoun county and individual residents of purcellville and surrounding towns. Discover purcellville organizes and promotes outdoor art displays, community events like the annual halloween block party and pop-up artist galleries to promote local artists in the community.
Programs: Discover purcellville successfully completed its spring community art project of displaying around purcellville 40 painted benches and planters. We marketed the benches and planters in local newspaper and on facebook and got free media coverage from nbc4. The planters and benches were auctioned off in november.
