My name is Maritza Stancil. I'm a 64 year old woman, who is disable. I have been on Baltimore County Section 8 for 12 years. I contacted Disability Rights for assistance in getting a voucher that's now due to me. They couldn't help me, are they really able to help any one. They have a lot of bull crap with them. I am highly disappointed with the service I received.
