Dri accepted 656 requests for services from people with disabilities; 49 investigations of abuse or neglect; 6 litigation; represented 10 clients at hearing; represented 135 case services; and, 485 information and referrals. Dri conducted 40 trainings for people with disabilities, their families and care providers, and conducted public policy analysis and education on public policy issues.

Dri accepted 433 requests for services from people with mental illness, including 18 investigations of abuse or neglect; 2 litigation; represented 3 clients at hearing; represented 87 case service; and, 34 information and referrals. Dri conducted 40 trainings for people with mental illness, their families and care providers. Dri also provided analysis and education on the impact of public policy issues on people with mental illness.

Dri accepted 223 requests for service from people with developmental disabilities, including 3 investigations of abuse and neglect; 4 litigation; represented 4 clients at hearing; represented 48 case service; and, 144 information and referrals. Dri conducted 40 training sessions for people with dd and their families and care providers. Dri also conducted outreach and provided analysis of public policy issues.
