Causes: Economic Development, Urban & Community Economic Development
Mission: To provide micro-loans to underserved new and established small businesses in detroit, mi and surrounding communities who do not have access to traditional commercial bank financing.
Programs: Provided economic development loans to new and emerging small businesses whose owners have low to moderate income and live in low income neighborhoods in detroit,mi and surrounding communities. We made seven high technology grants and seven loans to entrepreneurs in 2009.
