Mission: Designs for Dignity was initiated in the belief that human beings are entitled to, and nurtured by, living and working within creative environments. Recognizing that constrained budgets of many non-profits often preclude a comfortable and supportive physical work environment, we intend to transform existing non-profit spaces through donated gifts of design talent, merchandise, and installation. We wish to heal by design.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 69,100 individuals served by nonprofits
Geographic areas served: greater Chicago
Programs: pro bono interior design and landscape design services to transform existing spaces into environments that transform lives for those in need.
