Among the oldest continuously operating women’s press clubs in the nation, the Denver Woman’s Press Club holds programs for members and the community in its historic clubhouse. It’s a unique and inviting gathering place for professional and aspiring women writers and symbolically represents the strength, resiliency, and relevancy of our club, which is still going strong 12 decades since our founding in 1898. DWPC scholarships are awarded annually to promising young women writers pursuing their education.
