Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Children & Youth, Youth Development Programs
Mission: The mission is to provide a safe, fun and productive place where teens engage, connect and discover their true potential. The program areas include an art studio, recording studio, computer tech lounge, sports facility, college and career hub, cafe, stage and dance floor.
Programs: Served 1,200 teens through enrichment and recreation classes and programs including the following: work readiness, barista, culinary, art, technology, music, sports and dances. Maintained 12,000 teen visits participating in our drop-in programs in the following areas: the art studio, tech lounge, gymnasium, recording studio, and club 509. Chop's teen club was open for 310 days out of the year.
