Mission: To provide affordable housing opportunities, promote economic development and be a catalyst for community revitalization through responsible leadership, partnerships, collaboration and sound asset management
Programs: The delray housing group continues its mission to provide affordable housing. Currently, the dhg owns nine individual houses and duplexes and manages two apartment complexes for a total of 32 rentable units. In addition, the dhg has partnered with roundstone development to build the village square revitalization project. This project will provide 84 elderly units, 144 multifamily units and 24 single family and duplex units.
