Mission: To promote interest in wildlife in the state of de and to solicit, collect, and provide funds for improvement to the brandywine zoo.
Programs: Conservation grants to support the brandywine zoo's mission to protect species and their habitats in delaware and around the world. In 2017, the delaware zoological society provided funds to close logging roads used by tiger poachers in the russian far east, protect nests of scarlet macaws in nicaragua, and release captive-born andean condors into the wild in colombia.
