Horrible. An understaffed team of life coaches are put in charge of people with disabilities that a degree professionals should be handled. Volatile living conditions (one resident was removed by the police, the other threatens me and directs homophobic slurs at me), frequebt police involvement, at least one dilapidated property, failure to live up to lease agreements or address safety issues, and then some.
