Mission: With respect and compassion, we honor the dignity of all people and strengthen our community by providing essential services to individuals and families who are in need.
Target demographics: People and families who are homeless, low-income, and working poor.

Programs: Community Kitchen - provides free meals to people and families who are hungry. The Kitchen serves more than 100,000 meals annually and is the largest emergency meal provider in Northeastern Minnesota.
Kids' Kitchen - is an after school and summertime meal and nutrition education program for neighborhood children. The program provides a safe place to play and learn for over 500 neighborhood children who are at risk of hunger.
Free Store - provides clothing and household goods completely free of charge to people in need. Everything is donated by the community and everything is given away.
Community Services - is an emergency assistance, information, and referral program. This program has a free community phone, mailboxes for people who are homeless, transportation assistance, personal hygiene products and household goods, and advocacy to help people get the services they need.
Clothes That Work - a free clothing program that provides apparel to people looking for work or in need of professional attire in order to maintain employment.
Health Realization - this is a cognitive skill-building meeting that is held once weekly. It is one of few alternatives to 12-step programs for addiction recovery, and is helpful to people in dealing with a variety of life issues.
