Mission: The mission of the Dallas Chinese Community Center is to promote Chinese culture and to foster diversity through educational, cultural and recreational programs and activities that enrich the lives of immigrants and broad American society.
Results: The agency has been in existence since 1984 and it continues to expand its programming as the local Asian community continues to grow and engage the public in a variety of programs. DCCC serves more than 11,000 individuals a year with a wide age demographic ranging from young children to seniors. By providing well-rounded community and cultural programs the organization is able to engage entire families and create a space outside of the home for youth, adults, and families to interact.
Target demographics: The organization welcomes individuals of all ages from the Dallas Chinese population as well as the broader Dallas community.
