They provide programs, classes and support at various levels for those suffering from this disease. I am the treasurer for DAPS. I became involved because my mother suffered with Parkinsons for 11 years before her death. I wanted to serve this community in some way to improve their quality of life. DAPS offers FREE exercise, speech therapy, caregiver support and educational sessions. The therapist are certified and caring people. DAPS is supported solely by donations from friends. The organization has been in existence for over 30 years. We hope to make another 30 years or celebrate the cure of Parkinsons. Join me in supporting this great organization.

DAPS provides so many services to people afflicted with Parkinsons and their caregivers on a complimentary basis. DAPS helps those involved make friends as they exercise during enjoyable activities and at the same time feel better about themselves, giving them a better outlook on life.

I'm continually amazed at what they do. They deserve support financially and verbally.
