Programs: The trust fund exists for the sole purpose of supporting a program for the training and education of electrical apprentices, journeymen, and others and for programs in furtherance of the electrical apprenticeship and training program and the electrical industry. This training is provided through employer contributions set aside by a collective bargaining agreement.
