My experience with Daisy Hill began 2 years ago with a kitten my husband and I rescued off the street in Cleveland. We named her Giselle and fully intended on making her a part of our family. Unfortunately however, Giselle had conflicts with our other 4 cats and 1 rabbit and for the first time in my life I had to find another home for a pet. My first course of action was to ask around, friends, neighbors, family. But no success. And, then through Facebook and a mutual friend, I discovered Daisy Hill and Kari Tucci. She posted a photo of Giselle and literally the same day, she found her forever home! Daisy Hill and Kari were extremely professional, thorough in their review of the prospective new owner, and very caring and compassionate.

Programs: Kitty Kash Our Kitty Kash program was initiated on May 21st and we hope to raise the funds by July 13th, when the kittens will be ready to go home with their adoptive families. On March 26th a pregnant cat was surrendered to us and she delivered five kittens the next day. In addition to the five, we took in three orphans. The average cost per kitten to care for them (nursing supplies, medications, vet visits, complete kitten series of vaccinations, FIV / Feline Leukemia test and spay / neuter) is $198, which does not include routine items like dry food, litter, litter boxes, toys, etc. Our food cost for the remaining time they will be in our care is estimated at $350. As our adoption fee is $100 to remain competitive with local rescues, we are raising funds to make up for the deficit. Please consider a donation to assist us with our efforts. Thank you.
