Mission: The mission of cfa is to provide education, relief from suffering, aid and support to persons suffering from cystic fibrosis and those persons incurring extraordinary medical expenses not compensated by insurance. In support of this mission, cfa is dedicated to helping to improve and extend the lives of north dakotans with cystic fibrosis so they may enjoy the benefits of promising research, giving them the opportunity to fully participate as contributing members to north dakota's economy and society.
Programs: Cfa provides assistance for medications and therapeutic equipment, college scholarships for persons with cystic fibrosis, financial assistance for travel associated with medical treatments, support group meetings for educational and emotional support, financial assistance for persons undergoing lung transplants, access to cf conferences and public education.
