Programs: In bolivia we operate a school serving760 students from preschool through 12th grade. This school has a reputation for it's academic excellence and attracts students from all social strata. Students include the children of the more affluent families of the area as well as approximately sixty orphans. Missionaries also escort several teams of medical professionals from bolivia as well as the united states as they travel to all parts of bolivia providing medical and other services to this under-served population. The four goals of this activity include these elements: provide medical services of all kinds, including surgical services to poor and disadvantaged at no cost or obligation. Number of people served exceeds 5,000 persons. Provide biblical and other spiritual ministry and outreach activities that promote the spiritual goals of this ministry. Provide an educational component by teaching medical techniques to professional personnel in the larger cities, as well as first aid and personal hygiene to the residents of small villages and towns. In addition, we also have associates who work full time at the casa de esperanza orphanage. They are responsible for the 24/7 care of ten children, five years of age and under.

cup of cold water organizes short term missions trips from time to time. During 2014 we took nearly 25 medical professionals including a surgical team as well as and infectious disease specialist and other nurses, therapists and dentists to more remote areas of bolivia. Around santa cruz, the teams performed 28 full surgeries and treated over five hundred patients for a variety of medical concerns among the poor and underserved. In addition, a different team journeyed to the remote village of mojos, bolivia in the amazon basin region to deliver encouragement, bibles, and medical / dental help. There, about seventy people were provided with medical services. The team also served an orphanage of 60 children.

india - the work in india is focussed on planting churches and training pastors. It is expected that nearly 1,000 local pastors will receive formal training throughout the year. Staff also oversee the leadership and management of several local churches, and is also in the process of building a the emmanuel bible institute. The institute will provide a place for more in depth training of rural pastors in india. Staff there also are directly involved with mentoring and raising up future leadership for the ministry efforts in india
