Have been a volunteer for a little over 3 years. I chose this organization based on their commitment to the surrounding communities. They continue to adapt services as the needs of the community change. The thrift store expanded both shopping and donation hours. The food panty also extended hours and has a self serve format allowing patrons to pick their own foods based on their family needs. The medical center provides doctors and nurses for those that don’t have insurance and continues to provide needed vaccinations. Additionally, they have not cut services even as the economy has closed and hindered other organizations. Best of all, it is a fun place for volunteers to help serve the community. As with all charitable organizations, there is a shortage of volunteers…if you are reading this review-please consider volunteering at your local community provider.

I've volunteered for 7 years with HOH. Amazing the diversity of assistance to those needing help in the Crowley area. "Volunteers with a heart" are central to success. Wonderful to work with so many great people to help others.
