I was a student of Crossroads Bible College.

Crossroads Bible College is an excellent institution for evangelical Christians. It is a college focused on ministry in urban communities, and its multi-ethnic focus has created a diverse collection of students from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including African American, Latino, and Burmese students, as well as White students. Students are required to serve in a ministry capacity each semester. This can take a variety of forms, but it is a requirement for graduation.

Some courses designed specifically in regard to its mission statement include "Introduction to Holistic Urban Ministry", a course designed to teach ministry students how to minister to members of urban communities in every facet of their lives, and "Culture, Race, and the Church", a course which explores the history of racism and slavery in the United States and which seeks to train Christian leaders in the call of racial reconciliation. In the latter course, students are able to discuss their racial/ethnic differences, learn the difference between racism and prejudice, and more. A necessity in our increasingly divided culture!

Course enrollment numbers are smaller, so students are able to get more attention from their professors. The professors are Godly, Biblically-minded individuals who are excellent, gracious teachers willing to extend grace to students in times of need or crisis. From time to time, professors will even take students out to lunch or invite them over to their homes for cookouts! They truly invest in their students. The staff is friendly, and students in need of academic assistance have many ways to get it.

In addition to all of this, Crossroads Bible College received a Best Christian Workplace certificate for the year of 2015. As a former student who now works for the college, I can attest to this. It is a great place. I also want to acknowledge the fact that Crossroads has blessed me and my family in many ways, one of which was helping us in a very serious time of need in the year 2015. I think of CBC as more than just a college...

All in all, Crossroads Bible College is an excellent institution. It is Biblical, grace-filled, God-loving, diverse, and urban-focused. It is small, but it is an excellent place for evangelical Christians to pursue a Biblical education as they seek to follow God's calling and purpose for their lives.

I have the privilege of being associated with Crossroads for years and working there for the past year. We have a strong alumni that love giving back to their school. Our Chapels are loved by our students with some excellent speakers and our student life is booming! Crossroads has outstanding students that have a heart for serving our Lord. Most come from tough neighborhoods, but they are deeply committed to ministry. For such a small Bible school, we have great diversity of ethnicity!

I've worked at Crossroads for the past three years as an administrator and adjunct professor. I'm constantly impressed by our students. Many of them do not come from privileged backgrounds, but they are deeply committed to ministry. For a small school, we also have a great diversity of ethnicity and background. It is a privilege to work with these students.

I went to Crossroads Bible College in pursuit of the Biblical Counseling degree. I went through the traditional program, and I can honestly say that the school may be small, but it is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, giving of themselves. The professors are knowledgeable, charitable, and challenging. They push you to succeed and don't hold your hand, but they're also understanding. During my time there, I developed strong relationships with more than one professor and staff member, and, of course, with fellow students too. The curriculum matches well with the school's mission, and the student body is diverse.
