I called into crosslines on June 22nd 2022 Bambi the food pantry director was extremely rude she not only hung up the phone on me and was rude but Bambi as well called me a derogatory name tat starts she called me a F*G .. I called David at Hr and made a compliant. They did not properly investigate the full situation and Bambi called me today on a phone number that did not even belong to crosslines . She was super rude and crosslines banned me and said I can't have anymore help in retaliation at my report they did not properly investigate. It's sad when I even have multiple people that heard the situation happen! This place is supposed to help but they do not in reality.... .I'd strongly advise going to a different local food bank that actually cares how the director is treating their clients.
