Mission: Critters Without Litters is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization that provides high-volume, high-quality, spay/neuter services. We seek to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets in Kern County through strong alliances with the community, local businesses and nonprofit organizations to increase the number of cats and dogs that are spayed and neutered, while promoting animal health and safety within our community.

Target demographics: pet owners and cat trappers obtain low-cost spay/neuter and TNR services
Direct beneficiaries per year: In 2023 we performed over 13,600 spay/neuter surgeries and saw over 17,000 pets at our walk-in vaccine clinic.
Geographic areas served: Kern County, CA
Programs: low-cost spay/neuter services, a robust TNVR (trap-neuter-vaccinate-return) program, and walk-in vaccine clinics at our facility.
