CVAC organizational structure follows a team model for overall management and coordination of program services. This type of focus allows shared ownership of the problems as well as successes and ties directly into the collaborative objective that brought each advocate to the job in the first place. It involves a broader type of critical thinking that includes multiple perceptions from both the service side of advocacy as well as the recipient’s experience.
