I volunteered on a Sunday to help with their Sunday Feeding and deliveries. After we were done, I immediately HAD searched for their food license or permit, or any other standard they are held to when preparing/serving food. After what I saw while I volunteered, it did not shock me that, they do not have A SINGLE permit, food inspection report or evaluations!! Which means there is NO inspections conducted of their food preparation and handling! There were a vast number of violations that I saw, and I'm not even an inspector. There was complete lack of concern to ensure public health. Volunteers were NOT required to wear gloves, preparation areas were dirty and cross contamination was everywhere. Lastly, there was hazardous thawing, NO temperature holding and storing temperatures for food. They are going to kill someone!! I would never eat here or serve food here again.
