Creative Innovators

Results: Creative Innovators (YEP) is a Minneapolis nonprofit with the mission of empowering disadvantaged youth to become self-sufficient through business and imagination. We have been working within the Twin Cities since 2020. Over the course of our time in youth development we have had some great accomplishments! To date, we helped more than 50 youth start, launch, and grow their business.   We have also developed our own curriculum that’s engaging and easy to understand. Participated in many community popup events, we also host a yearly Youth Business Market. We love helping children find their inner artist so in December 2023 Creative Innovators launched crafty kids DIY workshop! Which provides a unique experience for kids to create their own handcrafted project/gift with no artistic skill required!

Programs: We’re excited to bring youth a real-life business experience, an opportunity “I would have loved to experience as a child” Creative Innovators is a nonprofit NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) with a mission to provide entrepreneurship education programs to youth age 7 to 15 years old. Our youth entrepreneurship education program is designed for children who are interested in learning how to start, run, and grow their own business. Youth will develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and then open for customers at our one-day Youth Business Market. Our Business Markets, Workshops, and Pop-up events inspires children to discover their inner entrepreneur. The one-day market and pop-up events gives youth the opportunity to showcase their very own business idea while making real money!
