Programs: Mental health outpatient: this program is comprised of adult services, children's services and student assistance programs. The mission of the adult and children's programs is to help clients deal with the stress and demands of living in today's society. The student assistance component focuses on helping "at risk" children from area school districts.
children's services (day treatment): services include outpatient counseling, wrap-around services and other appropriate interventions. The wrap-aroundprogram is offered to children age 21 years and younger. Children referredto this program receive an initial screening by a mental health casemanager, and typically require the intensive involvement of a behavior specialist, a mobile therapist and the therapeutic support staff.
long-term structured residence (ltsr): provides 24-hour therapeutic environment which employs active psychiatric treatment and psychosocial rehabilitation skills training in a structured residential milieu. It provides a less restrictive and less costly alternative to inpatient hospitalization.
