Causes: Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs
Mission: Our mission is to establish individualized community supports that will preserve and enhance the dignity and rights of those who rely on others while seeking their own level of independence.
Programs: Creative community living services (ccls) provides residential housing to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities as well as mental health needs, physical disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries, as well as frail elders. All told, ccls provides residential care for approximately 600 individuals. About 55 individuals are elderly while the remainder are disabled.
creative community living services also provides nonresidential services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, physical disabilities, or functional limitations of advanced aging. Our community supports are individualized and person-centered. Our services include community supported living, supportive home care, skills teaching, independent living programs, comprehensive community services, respite, non-medical transportation, supported employment, pre-vocations, recreational, nurse, and day services.
