Mission: CPR Live and Play Corporation's mission is to provide new housing for purchase available to families who need housing and assistance. All children should have a safe place to live and play.
These homes will be sold to residents who qualify for federal home purchase programs. We will build the houses, help get the mortgage, assist with the down payment, and put a safe, new playground in each small neighborhood. There will be a maintenance repair fund, and Live and Play will maintain all common areas.
CPR Live and Play is an ambitious initiative to alleviate home loss by providing low-cost new homes, complete with playgrounds and green spaces, to families in underserved and storm-damaged areas. Our approach centers around creating sustainable communities that foster physical and mental well-being. CPR Live and Play will improve numerous families' lives and play an active role in building a brighter future for society.
At Live and Play, we firmly believe that a stable and secure home is the foundation upon which dreams are built.
CPR Live and Play aims to break this cycle of inequity, poverty, and inequality by providing affordable, high-quality homes with a safe and nurturing environment.

This is a great organization! I love the mission behind it and values. Community outreach and building it up is so important. Finding homes at a reasonable price is near impossible now days.
Great people doing a great service. Very knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. Bringing homes to those who otherwise would never be afford that option.

Building and selling low priced homes in Myrtle Beach is great. There is a shortage of homes and they are all too expensive. The hurricanes and floods ruin homes every year and families have nowhere to go and no choice of anywhere else to move to. There are no houses below 150, 000 dollars. After hurricane Matthew and Florence, it looked like war zone and no one had anywhere to go. Plus resorts will not rent to locals.
