Cozy Coats for Kids was founded on the belief that by bringing members of the inspection industry together, their combined charitable works can positively impact their local communities, especially the children. CCFK is led by individuals with vast experience in the inspection industry and nonprofit field, allowing them to rally members of the inspection industry to give back to their local communities and help those in need, including friends and neighbors, as well as schools, community centers, and outreach programs.
The charity organization is 100% volunteer-run and all funds raised go directly to giving brand-new coats to children in need.

We are an elementary school serving 2nd-5th grade. All of our students qualify for free lunch, many are new to the country and 22% are being raised by grandparents on fixed incomes who struggle to afford basic needs
in a town with no public transportation. Our students have a 15 to 20 minute wait at the school bus stops on mornings where it is freezing and often snowing. Many of our students had coats with broken zippers or that were too small. As a school we stopped going outside to recess because not enough kids had coats. I found cozy coats online and sent a message as I had done many times to other organizations not expecting to hear back. They responded in a day! heard our needs and committed to sending us 100 coats! One week before Christmas the coats arrived. Beautiful, warm brand new coats.
Our students treat those coats with such care, we have seen attendance at school rise because parents are not keeping them home due to weather and because they are in school they are learning, they are being fed and they are safe.
When you donate to cozy coats you are not just giving a child a coat, with the money that parent saves you are buying extra groceries, needed medicine, warm socks, gas for the car or a birthday cake they weren't going to be able to afford. Your helping school teachers buy more supplies because we are not pooling our money to buy coats. Most important you are investing in a small person who knows that people out in the world care for them , whose self esteem grows, and who can wait for the school bus in a brand new warm coat. Kids never forget that and our entire school is grateful.
I donate to Cozy Coats for Kids every year because I believe it is one of the true non-for-profit organizations that makes a difference in the lives of children. Such a simple act of the child being able to pick out their very own coat makes it that much more meaningful and gives them something they can truly call "mine".

Cozy Coats for Kids is an awesome and brilliant organization! I love the fact that they are providing kids with NEW coats and that they get to CHOOSE the coat they love! I love Cozy Coats For Kids, Inc. Making certain that little ones have warm coats for the winter is a calling of the highest order. I especially love the fact that all donated funds go to the well being of the kids. Cozy Coats For Kids, Inc. is a wonderful organization.
I love that the Cozy Coats for Kids Charity chooses to use ALL of the donated funds for brand new, warm coats for kids instead of spending it on questionable overhead. And, as all of the donated funds are spent on the children, that means that people at the Cozy Coats for Kids Charity are actually donating their time and funds to keep the Charity afloat.
