Mission: Primary Mission is to alleviate hunger and poverty by providing supportive services to the homeless, youth, families, and special populations, in impoverished communities in Miami Dade.

Programs: Empowerment and Independence: By developing skills that maximize individual capacity for personal pursuits or independence, including assistance for eligibility-based services, work experience, and transition planning to pursue gainful employment, or other desired pathways. CHFS-Covenant Choice outreach services deliver a variety of supportive services that engage all people; especially individuals with disabilities. The Executive Director was in a tragic accident and suffered in a paralyzed state of being for over 10 years. She discovered a pathway to independence in utilizing her other gifts and skills in serving the people in our Miami Dade communities. Ensuring each participant is treated with significance despite their physical and or mental disabilities. Serving individuals with disabilities is a delight not a challenge. Inclusion & Access(ability) - Young Adult Transition Strategies and Best Practices Used support youth/young adults over the age of 12 to support their transition to independence and fulfillment in adulthood. By assistance with receiving eligibility-based services, work-readiness training, and on the job work experiences.
