Mission: Casa of trinity valley provides independent, highly trained volunteer advocates for children in the custody of texas department of family and protective services in anderson, cherokee and henderson counties. We empower volunteers to advocate for the children's best interests, to ensure that their needs are met, and to secure a permanent, safe, and nurturing home as soon as possible.
Programs: Casa of trinity valley, inc. Works to provide training and support for individual volunteers who serve as court-appointed special advocates for children in the court system in henderson, anderson & cherokee counties, tx. These advocates serve as the voice of the child in matters concerning the child's welfare in court proceedings. During the period from july 1, 2015 through june 30, 2016, casa of trinity valley, inc. Had 126 trained advocates. They served 474 cases and a total of 773 children. This represents all of the new child protective services cases during that time period.
