We often refer patients, both adults and teens, to CADA for treatment. They work to figure out what each patient needs and work with the patient, their family, and the whole treatment team. Great organization!

This organization should not call itself a nonprofit, cause all they want is money. They treat the employees as bad as the clients. And they treat the clients like horrible lying criminals. No one - not staff or clients - is ever trusted, let alone, respected by management. They don't pay their employees equally for the same job in a different section. They waste $ on printing. The higher ups have no idea what the lower levels do every day or how hard they work, and that means they do work during their off hours so they can get it finished. That means they don't get paid for a bunch of the work they do. And the higher ups always over-monitor, micro-manage, and down-right SPY on the lower levels and I had even seen them listen in on private therupy stuff with the clients. They're so unorganized that they don't know the names of employees or clients. They have no idea how to live up to their own name or claims. It's a good thing they have a few counselors that at least seem like they really care or they would probably stop getting clients. The best thing I ever did was to leave that "organization."
