Causes: Leadership Development

Mission: Corporate leadership center, nfp (clc) was founded to augment and accelerate the development of tomorrow's corporate leaders. In partnership with kellogg school of management, booth school of business, and the midwest's preeminent business leaders, clc's flagship initiative, ceo perspectives, now in its 14th year, provides immersion, application and feedback on those issues that today's ceo cannot delegate. It combines academic concepts and business applications in a dialogue among top academics, business advisors, ceos and the program's participants - a diverse group of top executives. Clc plays a key role in curriculum development, class facilitation and recruitment for ceo perspectives and leads networking events for fellows of the program. In 2009, clc launched its second educational endeavor, leading women executives - a program run by clc alone. This program is targeted at mid-career, high-potential women and their companies.
