Causes: Developmentally Disabled Centers, Disabilities, Human Services
Mission: Cornerstone ministries, inc. Works to enhance and enrich, to their fullest potential, the lives of indidviduals with developmental disabilities. This is accomplished through various programs, such as residential care and services, community integration, independence and individualization and meaningful employment.
Programs: Operates a community based residential facility for adults with developmental disabilities, licensed by the state of wisconsin, with a capacity of eight residents. In this facility, various programs and opportunities are offered which promote personal dignity, independence, community intergration and daily living skills traning. Facility is staffed 24 hours a day by trained personnel providing residents assistance, training, transportation, and a stable living environment. Individualized goals and outcomes are estatablished and monitored by staff and placement agency. This program offers residents an independent level of functioning within the least restrictive environment. The needs of the total person, physical,emotional and spiritual are addressed through this program.
