Mission: To permanently preserve and protect the irreplacable natural areas in and around summit county, colorado for current and future generations, through land preservation agreements, acquisitions, and public education.
Programs: Land conservation: stewardship and acceptance of new conservation easements (includes land assessment, land owner negotiation, monitoring and title review. ) 2598 acres are currently monitored at 15 different sites.
