Mission: CLO Inc. was created to fulfill a void in services in the North St. Louis City area. We pride ourselves on being able to provide services in "high risk" areas. We further pride ourselves on serving those considered "difficult to serve" due to the various neighborhoods. We provide various programs that all contribute to the overall goal of ensuring that individuals with disabilities are enabled to live in his/her own community and become productive, successful, independent citizens who do not rely on government assistance for their existence.
Programs: CLO Inc. programs include: Supported Living Services (daily living skills training); Parenting Support Services (in-home parent training for parents with disabilities who have children ages 0-18); Empowerment Support Group (1 year program with 24 classes to assists women with disabilities in the North St. Louis City area to become empowered to manage their own homes and lives); Community Integration Services (leisure skills training-assess and attend activities in one's local community); Day Habilitation Services (training for individuals with disabilities considered unemployable based upon their given behaviors, life styles, etc. and slowly retraining them to be able to stay on task for longer periods of time-this is a 1:1 program in the community); and Counseling Services (specializing with individuals with disabilities-anger management is also a specialty).
