Mission: Our mission is focused on urban revitalization by providing affordable, vibrant, multi-family housing for low and moderate income individuals and families. We offer rental units throughout pinellas county at and below market rates to those who qualify.
Programs: The organization has been designated as a community housing development organization by the community development and housing division of pinellas county for development of affordable rental units in mid-pinellas county. The organization currently has over five hundred units occupied or in various phases of development or rehabilitation with several new projects in the acquisition or planning stage.
