This is crazy… you can donate all the money you want but if u need assistance, it’s all a run-around from hell! My grandson was still born so I had to pay for his cremation. That put me behind on everything else. I applied to get the money back, although I haven’t been denied yet, they keep sending me a email asking for the same documentation over and over. Every time I send the documentation the 3-5 business days starts all over. I can’t locate any contact information on their website. It would be nice to be able to talk to a human and find out exactly what the problem is. It seems like I (as a team lead) can’t get anything but a run-around, but if you know Walmart then you know that no one matters except the store manager and his little circle of coaches!!! I’m sure this funding is kept for them. This is horrible!
