Mission: Chant Food Pantry, founded in 1998, grew out of the need to feed the people who do not have the funds to keep them and their families from hunger. Chant is made up of all volunteers that assist in bagging food, distribution, answering phones, receiving donations, writing grants, processing and organizing volunteers and education. Alot of the Chant initiatives are directed toward educating clients in the preparation of nutritious meals. Chants goal is to always provide food to those individuals and families that are in desperate need of sustenance for survival.
