Programs: Family supportive housing services - provides supportive services to homeless and at risk families in permanent supportive housing and homeless prevention programs with goals of maintaining permanent housing, increasing income and promoting self-sufficiency. In fy 2015, served 132 households with prevention services and 257 persons with 26,151 shelter nights.
hilda's place homeless shelter- provides year round transitional shelter and supportive services to homeless adults with the goals promoting self-sufficiency. In fy 2015, served 91 persons with 4,798 shelter nights and 9,596 meals.
entry point outreach - reaches out to and provides supportive services to homeless persons on the streets of evanston year round. In fy 2015, serviced 545 persons.
