Causes: Human Service Organizations, Human Services
Mission: To advocate for the well-being of children, youth and families in henry county. Organized to plan services and programs directed to improving child health, child development, family function, school performance, and family economic capacity. To coordinate, contract for, and/or operate these services and programs.
Programs: Christmas foundation program developed to provide christmas presents, books, and clothing for needy children, birth to 16 years old. The program also serves to connect families in need to available community resources to assist them throughout the year.
youth development a program offered to at-risk youth (ages 16-21) to assist in the removal of barriers to completing their education, and better prepare them for entering secondary education, specific job training programs, or the workforce.
