Mission: The mission of the ct silc is to promote choice, equal access, opportunity and full inclusion of people with disabilities into the economic, political, social, cultural and educational mainstream of american society.
Programs: The main goal of the ct silc is to develop a three-year state plan for independent living that details coordination of state and federal funding for independent living, the provision of independent living services, a design for a statewide network of centers for independent living and advance outreach to those individuals and communities currently unserved and underserved.
