professional development for teachers1,160 teachers participated in the science center's professional development workshops that are aligned with both the ct state science framework standards and the new national next generation science standards. The science center extended discounted admission to 1,260 teachers throughout the year so they could consider how to incorporate science center offerings into their curricula.
