Mission: To perform educational activities within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Specifically, the corporation is organized to own and maintain properties which serve to educate and benefit youth in the areas of character, self esteem and leadership development in the texas counties of bowie and cass and the arkansas counties of clark, columbia, hempstead, howard, lafayette, little river, miller, nevada, ouchita, pike, polk, sevier and union.
Programs: Educating and benefiting girls within the fourteen county jurisdiction of the original council in the areas of character, self esteem and leadership development.
