Causes: Health, Public Health
Mission: Ccch provides essential services to youth, families and seniors within the scottsdale community.
Programs: Ccch collaborated with the city of scottsdale human services division to provide 2433 food boxes, 84 households with utility assistance, 42 families with rent/mortgage assistance, and 77 households with transportation vouchers. Additionally, 992 susd students were supported by our back to school program, 10,958 healthy packs were distributed, 453 families were sponsored for a thanksgiving meal and 413 families participated in our adopt a family program.
granite reef and via lina senior centers provide emergency assistance for food, rent/utilities assistance, gas vouchers, prescriptions, and other emergency services. 221 seniors and disabled adults were assisted weekly through the gleaners brown bag program. Additionally, 223 were served through the beat the heat program.
