I have been invested in the success of Conard House for years and am incredibly impressed by the passion and drive of the individuals who allow this vital program to thrive. Keep up the amazing work!
I’ve served on the board of Conard House for almost a year now. It’s truly been a wonderful experience. Some of the most selfless and virtuous people I know dedicate their time and effort towards advancing this organization’s mission: Providing stable and supportive housing for the Bay Area’s most vulnerable residents.
Now in my second year on the Board at Conard House, I see the great value it provides the community in need and the role it plays in offering a way out of some of life's difficulties, in a humane way.
Conard House is a true asset to San Francisco and continues to thrive in the post-pandemic environment with a great Staff Team and a Board that drives the message, the work, and the vision for doing good in the community.
Unsafe and unclean living conditions. Aggressive, violent, and unstable residents are not reprimanded by staff. I was vandalized by keyed entry so had to leave everything and flee premises immediately for my own safety. Staff did nothing to protect me or address these issues.
My husband and I have been donors at Conard House for many years. The organization’s impact on San Francisco is substantial. Conard House did not skip a beat during the pandemic. The team continues to deliver much needed housing and financial management programs to its residents and community members struggling with mental health issues. Thank you to the staff, management and board members!
Serving on the board of Conard House has been an extremely fruitful experience. This will be my 4th year. The employee turnover is low, and they work tirelessly on helping those suffering from mental illness in San Francisco. Many in our population would be facing certain homelessness without our help. Any support in the work goes a long way.
A private mental social service agency that addresses the needs of San Francisco adults experiencing mental health challenges. The agency has been around for sixty years and is developing and expanding its scope of services to the community for the next sixty years. The leadership of the agency is remarkable and considers its mission critical to supporting its clients navigate the obstacles of living with certain mental health issues. I am privileged to be associated with Conard House since the late 1980s.
I have loved serving on the board of Conard House. The staff are dedicated and do excellent work providing housing and supporting the mental health of our residents. Our Executive Director is growing the organization to serve more San Franciscans in ever better ways. The organization will make cost effective use of any donations.
I've served on the board of directors for a couple years now, and every time I'm always amazing by the level and scope of services that Conard House provides the community. The mix of mental health care, supportive housing, financial services is unique in San Francisco. And I've heard so many amazing stores of how much Conard House does for it's residents.
It's an honor to serve on this Board to help provide affordable housing and support adults living with serious mental health and medical conditions in San Francisco.
My wife and I donate to Conard House every year. We live in San Francisco and feel a responsibility to serve those in our community that are suffering from homelessness and mental health. We love our city and community.
It is my absolute pleasure to serve at Conard House, 60-year-old nonprofit serving communities in San Francisco. This incredible organization specializes in supportive housing and mental health services. Each year, Conard House serves more than 1450 adults through its community service programs and continues to serve the SF communities even during the COVID 19 pandemic.
