This rescue is amazing. When a very neglectful family got evicted next door to me, they left all their dogs in a trailer close to 100 degrees. As soon as care got word, Angel was on scene. She brought them food and toys and even a cage. They were only with me for one day until Angel found them a place to go. She got those 11 pups and their mom on a flight to Colorado. She is one of the most amazing people i know. And I am proud to volunteer for C.A.R.E. Rescue. Angela and Angel do an amazing job. If anybody deserves praising, it's those two amazing women. Thank you for being there for all these animals. And keep it up!!!! Love, Colton.

We agreed to foster Cindy Lou Who for CARE on December 23 , 2017. She had been rescued in Enid & needed a place to stay (@ 3 weeks)until she could go to the STAR program that CARE runs at a prison in Homniy. Needless to say, we were foster failures and fell in love with our Bella. She has added a fun & energetic dynamic to our family. Bella is currently working on her AKC Good Citizenship Award at Petco. CARE was great & offered to provide everything we could have needed to foster. Great Group & we can not thank them enough for saving our Bella

The volunteer staff at CARE is not only compassionate to animals and clients and their inmate trainers. They make miracles happen with limited resources. Their support to make sure our adoption succeeded was amazing.

I adopted my blue heeler mix from CARE and I could tell her foster parents took great care of her. She's been a wonderful addition to our family. When I found a stray dog I contacted CARE because I knew they would assist me in the process of finding him a home. They've been very supportive during this process.

I haven’t adopted from CARE yet, we have a full house right now. I have however been following them for over the past year and am very impressed with what I’ve seen and how many animals they’ve been able to save and re-home. Angela seems to work 24/7. This is one of the local nonprofits we donate to when we can. I believe they really make a difference.

A dog no one wanted, set to be euthanized in the morning. Eleven pm the night before, Tulsa CARE heard the news I would foster and arranged everything. He's a beautiful Belgian Malinois with Akita blood and he's just one of so many animals alive today because of the unceasing care and love of this group!

Angel and Angie are the best. I feel so confident adopting for them as I know their animals are well taken care of. And when we lost one of our pets they were so helpful and supportive also. I can’t wait to adopt with them again and hopefully foster for them in the future.

Care. Is a wonderful organization they reacted very quickly when I wanted to get some info about a puppy I had seen on there website. Angela called me within the hour. I had lost my black lab of 13 years. I was so heartbroken. Angela brought this puppy to my house. He made me smile and laugh again . I named him sunshine because he was. I call him Sunny

This group of people are truly angels among us. They work tirelessly to help those with no voice. Contacted them in a desperate situation. They didn't give up. They didn't refer us out. They didn't ignore our need for help. Lastly they didn't judge. They simply wanted to do what's best for the animal. These people went and worked a full day at their job that pays their bills to go and volunteer for something on their own time. No gas reimbursement. Missing out on spending time with their own families. Not an easy path they've chosen yet still they push forward. Highly recommend them. May they always be blessed while they continue to bless others and our 4 legged friends.

I was tagged in a post on FB about a dog that was on the side of the road with a bag of dog food and a bowl for water. I was told she was a lab mix, very skinny, may have recently had pups and had been in the same spot for 2 days waiting for her people to come back.

When I picked her up, she was a lab and pit mix, pregnant, wormy and hungry. She was covered in all kinds of ticks, huge ticks full of blood, dear ticks and she had seed ticks all over her muzzle. This girl was full of milk, so I knew it would be any day. I said to her, "well sweet girl you're gonna be a momma soon, but let's give you a name to go with your sweet face" After a few minutes I thought of Lillie. So Lillie it was.

I posted that I needed a rescue to help. I could foster her but there was no way I could take care of everything this girl needed. Angel with CARE was the first rescue to contact me. Angel got "Lillie" an appt with the vet, gave me a collar and a bag of food. CARE was working on a shoe string budget, most of the money was coming straight out of Angel's pocket. According to the vet "Lillie" was heart worm negative, ready to have pups any day, 2-3 years old, this was about her 3rd litter and about 30 lbs underweight for her size (she was 40# when she came to me, she is a stocky and very healthy 70# now).

During the next week we put weight on her with healthy food. For the life of me I couldn't get her to respond to Lillie at all, but she ALWAYS responded to Momma. So Momma it was. I told Angel that she was fully house broken, crate trained, did not lick or bark, leash trained and just the best girl EVER with children. Momma came into CARE Labor Day weekend 2015 it was Sunday 6th. On Sunday September 13th, she delivered 9 puppies. Healthy, beautiful and she delivered without any help, never a cry or whimper. Angel was so excited to see the pups!

All of the pups found new furever homes. Momma dog? Well, Momma lives with me. I am a foster fail, but who couldn't fall in love with this girl! Angel knew i would the minute she saw Momma. I told Angel the minute I saw Momma, I fell in love with her.

It's been 2 years now and Angel still likes to see the updates on not just Momma, but all of the "kids" that have come through her rescue. Angel is just as caring from the moment she rescues or they come in her rescue as she is until their last breath. She will do anything she can to help these animals..her kids. Angel runs CARE like it's her child, she loves with all of her heart, not just part time, full time and receives no credit, no reward. I watch her posts and see that when 1 leaves, it seems there are 3 more coming in and that I've seen, she's never said no. I know sometimes she might and probably did. Those are the days I see no posts, those are the days I know she is regrouping and comes back fighting harder to raise the money so that no is no longer part of the vocabulary of CARE.

Now Momma dog has Ice cream Saturdays. She knows it's Saturday, how she does it who knows, but she sure knows and will sit by her halter and leash waiting for you to say lets go. She pretty much runs this house and is the apple of my eye. I never thought I could love her this much. She is my life! Without the help of CARE, I couldn't have done this by myself. I owe them so much!!!

CARE is an amazing group of people. The first letter "C" for compassionate could not be more true of them. They go above and beyond to help every animal they can. And they are now part of a prison program helping dogs to become trained and then adopted out, which is really great. Definitely a 5 star rescue!
