Mission: Community partnership development corp. (cpdc) is a local development corporation for new york city, and its regional area. It is a certified cdfi, and a state designated chdo. Cpdc administers loans to help small minority builders cover certain development costs incurred in developing housing on various sites located throughout new york city, a nmtc fund for predevelopment.
Programs: Community partnership development corp. Continued to monitor its outstanding loans, and issue loans from its carver nmtc revolving loan fund. In 2009, cpdc was designated a chdo (community housing development corporation,) enabling it to access home funding to flow through it as an intermediary. Nys dhcr committed to provide up to $600,000 to queens, bronx and brooklyn organizations through cpdc. As of december 31, 2014, cpdc has not accessed any of these funds.
