Mission: Community living association (cla) provides residential and day habilitation services for people with intellectual disabilities. Cla also provides work support and community case management services.
Programs: Residential services include six assisted living homes and other residential services funded through the home and community based services (hcbs) program of medicaid. 40 people were served during the course of the year. Services consist of active treatment with a focus on community inclusion.

intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (icf/iid), consists of a nursing residence for twelve people and a group level home for eight people. The service is active treatment with community inclusion. 22 people were served during the course of the year.
other programs operated by community living association consist of supported employment services, in home personal support services, supported independent living services, community case management, consulting and oversight of shared living services (which is similar to adult foster care), operation of an 8 bed group level intermediate care facility, and training services for other similar organizations.
