New Life Community Church helped my niece with finding a great apartment for her & her children when they were in need of a home & stop having to stay with family after relocating here. We the family really appreciated the 2 ladies that assisted our niece in the speedy process. We was truly blessed & we truly appreciate this church & their ministry reaching others in the community in need. Thank you all so much!

Community Lifeline has been such a huge impact on my family during the current pandemic! It allowed me to take my child to receive the help he deeply needed during virtual learning! I had become quite a frustrated parent losing patience and just feeling overwhelmed with being a mother and teacher. It allowed my son to be in an atmosphere where he gained more focus in class and he learned how to complete all his assignments in a timely manner. I’m forever grateful!!
I have witnessed firsthand this organization and it’s members make an astronomical impact in the lives of men, women and children from new borns to our seniors. They make the difference between a mother with her children having shelter opposed to being cold and on the streets. Serving our veterans with the respect they deserve and restoring hope for those who cannot see light or purpose for their existence. Feeding, clothing, providing school supplies, parenting skills and more, with no respect of persons. As founder of Cainos Empowerment Center we have partnered with this organization with providing supplies and Soles for Souls, as their reach services a greater need. They serve with humble, compassionate, consistent and empathetic hearts. Community Life Line is essential to providing resources for the natives of East St. Louis, the home of Champions and surrounding communities. They have been equipped for such a time as this and we are appreciative for all they do!

The Community Life Line Center is an excellent resource for the East St Louis community. The Center has been very instrumental in providing parenting classes, mentoring programs, and basic needs for their clients. The Community Life Line has a great impact on the community.
This organization has been such a blessing to me and my community! They whole organization is very organized and focused on building up people in our area. From single struggling mothers and fathers to previously incarcerated individuals and everyone in between. They have really become the heartbeat of our community. I see how hard Mrs. Granger works to ensure that everything she touches prospers. She gives her all to ensure that things are done in order. If I could define passion in one word it’s her. She has dedicated her life to serving the people! Her effort have truly been impactful.
Integrity. Passion. Accountable. Persistence. Impact. These are a few of the words that come to mind when I think of Community Life Line. The people who work there deeply care about those they serve, demonstrate a willingness to collaborate, and will do all in their ability to meet community need. They truly are working to create change from the inside out. Their work is inspiring.
Working here at Community Life line has allowed me to see so many success stories. Parents come here for parenting class to get their children back from the state. They learn parenting skills, healthy cooking habits, and CPR. After 10 weeks they graduate with a parenting certificate. We have bought steel toed boots for 3 adult family members who needed them for work. We have provided families with furniture for their new home. We've allowed the homeless to come in a get a shower and leave with clothing and their own toiletry bag. We have scheduled meetings here for a mother to meet with a caseworker to see her kids. We help find stable housing for families living in their cars or having no place to go. We do resumes to help clients apply for jobs with many success and then provide transportation for them to get to work until their 1st of paycheck. We've been a listening ear to someone who just wanted someone to care enough to listen. Paying utility bills rent/mortgages to families affect by covid-19. We do so much here the question would be what is it we don't do and I'm not sure because we do so much, and if we don't do it here we'll find someone that does. I love working here, helping people putting a smile on their faces and seeing tears of joy and someone saying thank you so much live y'all.
Community Life Line has become a prominent nonprofit agency in the heart of the City of East St. Louis, IL. Community Life Line offers a variety of programs and services to meet and service the needs of the city and the neighboring communities. The mission of the Community Life Line Center, is to strengthen, build, renew, and restore individuals and families with sense of hope and value. The services offered, will help you to reconnect with your inner-self and satisfy the ability to live your best life, on purpose. I am so humbled by the selfless services that the Community Center offers to assist juveniles to young adults, adults, the elderly, and our veterans. And let's not forget the biggest impact, which is restorative justice. The Center has been very supportive in helping those incarcerated get back on their feet through educational programs and services, job placement, and training. In fact, it is because of the Community Life Line Center, that the city of East St. Louis, IL will be great again ! Thank you, for All that you do !

I was afforded the opportunity to work side by side with Community Life Line since the beginning of this pandemic. We have distributed food, toiletries and PPE throughout. When children were not able to receive in person classes Community Life Line opened it’s doors and converted its facilities to a remote learning center. This is how Community Life Line rises to the needs of the community. After witnessing countless needs being met by Community Life Line I say this is a wonderful organization. This is real outreach!
Community Lifeline has provided support to many youth and families in the East St. Louis community. They are very professional and keep information confidential.
Community Lifeline Nonprofit organization is an huge asset for the metropolitan area. The willingness to provide assistance to people in need is the core to this organization. The humility from the staff is unmatched.. My daughter have been blessed to receive assistance with her bills to Christmas gifts for her children. My name is Macnea M. Mackey'Harrington and through New Life Community Church, Community Life Line Center has given me the opportunity to have hope moving forward in my life while being able to support myself.
After being injured at my previous job, I have been struggling to pay my bills and make ends meet during my recovery. I am 18 years old, fresh out of highschool, living on my own, and excited yet terrified about carrying out my life plans.
I had to put a pause on college as well as my hobbies because my medical restrictions wouldn't allow me to make enough income to perdue them.
Through an Add I had on FaceBook, New Life Community Church offered me the opportunity for a temporary but steady income working with East St. Louis Elementary students.
For the relief this program has provided me, I am forever grateful!
We are excited to have a center in our community that cares about the community. We are happy that we get to serve as volunteers to help out and serve with Community Lifeline.
Community Life Line has been very active in helping those in need on a consistent basis. I am constantly hearing of their great work!
Before community lifeline created the onsite virtual learning; we were shuffling my son from one grandparent to the next whom ever was available. This became added stress because one may not have internet and the other may not understand how to assist when my son needed help with his school work. My husband & I both work so the program has been a blessing. We know my son is somewhere safe, he’s focused, and help is available if he needs it.
I was first introduced to Community Life Line in 2019. I came on as a volunteer because I wanted to be a part of the great work I was hearing so much about in the community. The reviews I’d heard didn’t scratch the surface of the efforts put forth by Community Life Line and the difference it made in the community. I said to my wife one night, “wow baby this is real, they are really affecting people’s lives. I began coming to volunteer more on my every off day. Since I have left my full-time job and both my wife and I have come on full—time to be a part of this great organization.
Community Lifeline’s mission is to rebuild communities from the inside out with comprehensive programs and community partnerships designed to transform the lives of urban youth and families through Education, Health, Economics and Community Development. I see this in action on a daily basis working in this community. From the PPE giveaways, the bags of groceries, the help and support of daily living expenses, from our youth through the seniors, the rebuilding is taking shape right in front of the neighborhood. I am so glad to be a volunteer of this organization. As they continue to grow and expand throughout the metro east footprint, it's good to see them stay true to their roots
The location plays a big part in this center it’s in a community that has a lot of needs. East St. Louis always get over look now they have a center available near them that has great resources, support and opportunities for their community.
Community Lifeline has helped hundreds of families in the Meto-East area. They are very professional, positive and provide an abundance of resources to those in need. They also do an excellent job of actually reaching out to the community to provide specifics depending on your individual circumstance. They absolutely don't discriminate, they will assist anyone from babies to senior citizens. If you haven't heard of them, you better ask someone! I really wish we had more organizations who had the same mind set and the determination like this group has fostered and mastered.
